Ready to lead? This intensive 10-month leadership development program is designed for high-potential employees who are ready to enhance their leadership skills and prepare for future career growth. Through classroom and hands-on experiential learning, you’ll master: 

  • Setting and achieving strategic goals 
  • Effective delegation techniques 
  • Influencing and inspiring others 
  • Coaching successful teams 
  • Driving positive change 

Love working with your hands and solving technical challenges? Our in-house PSTA Tech Program provides the opportunity to become an ASE-certified transit bus technician. During this intensive two-year program, you’ll acquire the skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain technically advanced vehicles—setting yourself up for a successful, stable career in the growing transit industry. 

Want to move into management? This program teaches you everything about being a Transportation Supervisor while creating a pipeline of skilled employees ready to step into leadership roles. You’ll shadow experienced supervisors and get hands-on experience with all aspects of the position through recurring four-week rotations covering: 

  • Dispatch operations 
  • Scheduling coordination 
  • Radio operations 
  • Street operations 

Passionate about workplace safety and security? This program teaches you the purpose and methods of bringing safety and security to the transit workplace while developing the skills to maintain a proper safety culture. You’ll learn all aspects of the SS&T Department through hands-on rotations, including accident investigations, employee instruction, workplace safety, and site security.
